CM EXCLUSIVE: Regini will join Napoli

As reported in the last days, Napoli are seeking a defender, and, considering the difficulties to obtain Empoli 22-year-old Federico Barba, the azzurri have finally decided to swoop on Sampdoria 25-year-old Vasco Regini.
As revealed by calciomercato.com, the player has extended his contract with the blucerchiati until 2017, and will join the Campania’s club on loan with right to buy. To sign Regini –who is actually in Milan with his agent- to permanent basis, Napoli will have to pay €2 million.
According to Sky, the player has arrived at Castelvolturno to undergo the medicals for his new club. Later, the signature on his new contract.
