CM Exclusive: ‘Benatia staying until June’
Mehdi Benatia is a recurring name in the transfer market headlines with several big clubs reportedly interested, but Udinese director Fabrizio Larini claimed the Moroccan centre-half will not leave in the next transfer window.
Speaking exclusively to CM.com, Larini said: “There are many big clubs after him and several offers on the table, but he will stay with us until June”.
“We will not make any big deals in January, but we will sign someone in midfield because we will lose three or four players due to the African Cup.
“Diego Fabbrini could be given more playing time although he is not really a midfielder. Piermario Morosini instead will go on loan to a prestigious Serie B club.”
