Chelsea are considering a January move for unsettled Inter midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia. The Daily Mirror states that the 23-year-old Frenchman, who is also adept at playing centre-half or left-back, is frustrated at being constantly overlooked by Antonio Conte and has decided to leave the club in the new year.
 

In a recent interview he explained that; “I want to be playing and to be happy," he said. "It’s normal that if the situation does not sort itself out, it would become difficult not to think about other things.” Kondogbia joined the nerazzurri in the summer of 2015 from Monaco and was tipped as being one of the rising stars of French football. After a disappointing start to life in Italy under coach Roberto Mancini, he found himself out of the starting XI and failed to win his place back under Dutchman Frank de Boer, who was sacked after just 87 days in charge.
