German outlet Kicker reports that Andrea Schurrle is wanted by both Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur. The 25-year-old is currently with Bundesliga side Wolfsburg and the journal suggests that he is anxious to return to the Premier League, after an unsuccessful spell at Chelsea.
