Carlos Tevez believes his decision to go back to Boca was a ‘s***** choice’

Carlos Tevez’s performances during his two-year spell at Juventus were quite astonishing as the Argentinean star scored 50 goals in 96 games with the Old Lady.

His last game as a Juventus player was the  Champions League final lost 3-1 against Barcelona at Berlin’s Olympiastadion this past May, just a few week before Tevez completed a move to his favorite club Boca Juniors.

Carlos Tevez believes his decision to go back to Boca was a ‘s***** choice’

Tevez, 32, won the Argentinean league last term but things are not looking as rosy this season as Boca Juniors sit 8th in the table and the club are reportedly not playing the players’ salaries.
“Sometimes I think that coming back here has been a s***** choice, but I came back for my family and I came back to stay.”

“I would provoke a big mess if I’d say there is a 2% chance that I leave the club, but I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to leave Boca.”

“I want to carry on doing my best and give joy to the ones I love.”

“The first six months were amazing. We won the league after a very long time, but now results are not as good. The press criticize us because it helps them selling more newspapers. These are the rules, we know that.”

“That’s not a good moment for us, but we’ll overcome it.”

Boca Junior’s crisis could also prevent Carlos Tevez from joining the Copa America’s Argentina team this summer.

“I think I have a 50% chance to earn a call-up, it will depend on me mainly. You always need to be 100% fit to play with a national team.”

“Playing with Messi is extremely easy. We play football, he plays some other sport.”
