A step forward and Antonio Candreva seems to be a closer to securing a move to Inter. The nerazzurro have decided he is the right reinforcement to complete the squad and are pushing to close the deal.
 

Last night in a Rome restaurant, the player’s agent, Federico Pastorello, had dinner with Lazio patron Claudio Lotito to present the latest offer from Inter for his client. Now there is optimism that there can be a solution to one of the summer’s longest running transfer sagas.
 

According to Sky Sport, this latest offer to Lazio is for €21 million with a reduced bonus making the final total €25 million. By the middle of next week, the nerazzurri hope they will be given the green light to complete the signing of the 29-year-old.
