Berlusconi: 'Don't know when Milan will return to glory', 'Zapata is useless'

Oh, Silvio, what would we do without you? You know what, let's leave that question for another time, let's instead focus on what he told those present at a Forza Italia dinner in Desio.

According to ilveromilanista.it, the Milan chairman said that he was "still in love with Milan".

"And to think that, though I've spent €150 million this year, I don't know when the team will be back to winning titles".

As he was answering a fan, he also added "aren't you p***ed off?".

Incidentally, in their piece on the story, la Gazzetta dello Sport revealed that the Milan president likes to occasionally (it's not been occasional recently! ed.) leak things himself through his political party, ensuring that a few trusted men dump what he wants to go public to certain press agencies. That or he just turns up to Milanello and speaks his mind.

The pink paper also claims that Berlusconi's calls to Galliani have been far more about venting his anger of late, than about congratulating his long-term associate.

The Corriere della Sera reports that Berlusconi answered another fan about Boateng ("you think Cerci is better) and Zapata ("He's useless? Tell me about it!").

    Fun times at Milan!
