Bayern Munich has taken Mats Hummels now there is no doubt after Borussia Dortmund confirmed that the player wants to leave the club at the end of the season. He will be an important addition to Carlo Ancelotti’s side who in the meantime, could now do Juventus a huge favour. The arrival of the German international will almost certainly mean the farewell of Medhi Benatia. The ex-Roma centre-half declared recently to Sky that; “Hummels is a great footballer, if I have to leave, then I will leave”.
 

The Moroccan will not settle for a place on the bench at the Allianz Arena and Juventus have reportedly received the green-light from Bayern but before any deal is concluded, they want assurances about his fitness having only played 44 times for the Bavarians in the past two seasons. For this reason, the bianconeri want to do a thorough examination of the player and want to reduce the asking price from the €28 million Bayern paid Roma in 2014.
