Belgian starlet Praet will join Sevilla, says father

Juventus, Inter and Fiorentina are in serious danger of missing out on a key summer target as Anderlecht offensive midfielder Dennis Praet is set to join La Liga side Sevilla.

“I think they would be the best club for him”, the player’s father told Spanish paper ABC.

“That would be the best for him to develop and further improve. I’ve been contracted by several big clubs, but Sevilla are the top.”

“They are the Europa League defending champions and they are capable of developing each of their talents helping them making the final step forward in their career. The choice is made.”

Praet, 22, netted six goals and registered nine assists in the 2015-16 campaign.
