Banega: ‘Zanetti the first one to contact me’

Argentinean midfielder Ever Banega will be joining Inter as a free agent at the end of the Copa America Centenario. The former Sevilla man has talked to media from the Seleccion’s training centre.

“I have verbal agreement with them, we are waiting for the official announcement of the club. Zanetti has been the first one to contact me and I am very happy for that.”

“Emery has taken the best out of me. I spent to amazing seasons at Sevillla, we won two Europa League.”
