Atleti coach Simeone: 'I'll definitely return to Inter someday'
"Coaching Argentina will always be an objective in my career," he told Radio la Red, "but I won't be distraught if it doesn't arrive immediately".
"I'll be so happy when it happens, just as I'm sure that I'll return to coach both Inter and Lazio".
Simeone is coming off a semi-final triumph over Bayern Munich, beating the Bundesliga champions on goal difference to qualify for a second final in three seasons, a repeat of the 2014 matchup in which his Colchoneros were beaten by local rivals Real Madrid.
"What we've done is fantastic, and it can't be just down to luck if it's the second time in three years that we've made the final".
Cue a collective heart-attack from Inter fans.
