    AS Roma rival AC Milan for Papu Gomez, Nacho move close

    AS Roma have sold Miralem Pjanic to Juventus but are the most active Serie A club in the transfer market having already registered the signings of Mario Rui and Juan Jesus. The giallorossi are also close to signing Nacho from Real Madrid. The Spanish defender is set to arrive in Rome on a loan deal with option to buy and buy-back clause in favour of the Spanish club.

    AS Roma are also looking to sign a new right back and Udinese star Widmer is believed to be on top of the club’s shortlist, followed by Torino’s Zappacosta who, however, could stay at the club given that Bruno Peres could be leaving the granata in the summer to move to Manchester City.

    Meantime, Iago Falque has finally agreed to move to Torino, whilst AS Roma are also interested in signing AC Milan target Alejandro Gomez who is available on the market for somewhere around € 10 million.
