AS Roma reject Chelsea’s € 29 million bid for Nainggolan
AS Roma have rejected Chelsea’s € 29 million offer to seal the transfer of Radja Nainggolan, the Guardian have reported. According to the English paper the Blues have made a formal bid to sign the Belgium International who is considered Antonio Conte’s top transfer priority for next season, but the capitolines turned down the Premier League club’s official proposal.
