According to our reports, Napoli aren't giving up on signing Juventus hopeful Daniele Rugani. The 21-year-old Arsenal and Manchester United target would cost the Azzurri €20 million, plus bonuses worth €2 million.

Having not played a single minute of Serie A action this season, Rugani was one of the best defenders in the Italian top flight last season.

Playing for Empoli under current Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri, Rugani earned a move to Juventus with his brilliant play, though he has seemingly been frozen out, with coach Max Allegri asking management for more experienced players so as to not compromise the current campaign.

Another Napoli target, Roberto Soriano, has also shined for Italy, only this time at the senior level, recently putting in a very convincing shift in the Azzurri's last EURO 2016 qualifier against Norway. Sampdoria want €12 million for him.
