Agent tells CM: 'Napoli very interested in Zaza', 'We don't want a loan'

Where will Simone Zaza end up?

With so many clubs (Milan, West Ham, Wolfsburg) being mentioned in connection with the 25-year-old striker, we needed answers.

This is why CM exclusively turned to his father, Antonio, to ask him some questions about his son’s future.

Zaza Sr. immediately clarified that Napoli were ahead in the race:

“It’s true, we spoke at length with Napoli’s director of sport, Cristiano Giuntoli. Napoli are serious about Simone”.

“Napoli is definitely an option we like, we’re evaluating it very carefully.

“There could be developments in the next few hours, why not? We’re waiting on Napoli”.

Beyond that, Zaza Sr. had more to say about his son, namely that he wouldn’t go anywhere on loan.

“Neither Southampton or West Ham have been in touch, as far as I know Southampton aren’t interested. West Ham have been following Simone for a while, it’s an important club, but I must highlight something: he would have to leave Juventus on a transfer. We have no intention of accepting any loans whatsoever”.

“Simone has always said that he’d like to remain in Italy. Milan have other problems, other objectives at the moment, and there’s been no contact with them”.
