With the future of Inter coach Roberto Mancini seemingly in doubt, Inter’s summer transfer plans could be thrown into confusion. Their pursuit of Andrea Candreva remains on hold until DS Ausilio has met with the tactician tomorrow to discuss his future. Now it seems that long-term target Gabriel Jesus is also fading into the distance as Manchester City close in on the 19-year-old Palmeiras striker with a €32 million bid.
 

The finishing line is close for the Citizens with the players agent (who also owns a percentage of the player) speaking to Calciomercato.com earlier. Christian Simoes stated that; “Business with Manchester City? I can state that we are looking at some contractual details at the moment, I can confirm this. Inter? With Manchester City we have made a lot of progress we will see”. It now seems the squad of Guardiola are firmly in the box seat to take the Brazilian youngster to the Premier League.
