Pocognoli towards Milan?
AC Milan are looking for a side defender in January. Sebastien Pocognoli, 23, left side defender of Standard Liege could be the right man. His agent, Kismet Eris, told exclusively to Calciomercato.com:
"AC Milan interest is not new to me, but at the moment there is nothing concrete. I know for sure that Milan are carefully following the player, but I haven't had any contact, I don't know if they spoke directly with Standard Liege. I received many offers from France, Germany and Portugal for Pocognoli. He could be transfered this January, if they are interested they can call me.
Would the good relationship between Milan and Standard Liege facilitate the negotiation?
Pocognoli has a 4-year contract with Standard, but if a call from Italy will arrive, it will be taken into consideration. Milan have a good relationship with them, and if there was real interest, it would not be difficult to reach an agreement. You cannot say no to Milan, it's the first choice.
What about Lazio?
I don't know anything, at least not for the moment. Last year there was contact, Pocognoli was an objective, but then Lazio made other choices.
