Inter: update on Rhodolfo. AC Milan: keen on Baselli
Inter Milan keep on seeking a new center back, and, as reported yesterday, still hope to sign Granada 22-year-old Jeison Murillo: as revealed by calciomercato.com, Udinese are ready to sign the player from their satellite club and then sell him to the nerazzurri: 17-year-old forward Federico Bonazzoli could be involved in the negotiation; the alternative remains Gremio de Porto Alegre 28-year-old Rhodolfo, and, interviewed by the same media, the Brazilian club’s Sporting Director Rui Costa has declared that a departure of the player is possible, but an important offer is needed, and the one made by the nerazzurri is unsufficient: the Lombard club seems in any case confident in obtaining Rhodolfo on loan with right to buy. Moreover, despite the recent signing of 22-year-old Marcelo Brozovic, Inter are seeking a midfielder, and, as reported by Sportmediaset, are about to carry out the negotiation for Manchester City 31-year-old Yaya Touré: the Ivory Coast international is ready to accept a lower salary to move to “San Siro”. Finally, regarding the possible departures, 19-year-old defender Isaac Donkor –according to Sky Sport- is a target for Empoli. Also city rivals AC Milan are seeking a midfielder, and, as reported by the same media, are ready to swoop on Atalanta 22-year-old Daniele Baselli if Michael Essien will leave during the current transfer window.
