AC Milan: Allegri confirmed! Inter: idea Flamini
As reported earlier today, a meteting between AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri, his president Silvio Berlusconi and the club’s Chief Executive Adriano Galliani was expected for tonight: three hours ago the three dined at Berlusconi’s main residence in Arcore, near Milan. And after some rumours regarding the decision to keep the 45 year old, finally the official statement on the rossoneri’s website, with Berlusconi himself that has announced that Allegri will be the first team’s head coach even for the next season. Now that also this saga has ended, the Lombard club will be able to focus on the next transfer window, even if some negotiations seemes already about to be carried out: as highlighted by calciomercato.com, in fact, 29 year old Argentine defender Renato Civelli will join the rossoneri as a free agent at the end of the month, when his contract with Nice will expire; moreover, the Lombard club has finally overtaken Juventus in the hunt for Sampdoria 23 year old midfielder Andrea Poli. Regarding the possible departures, 29 year old forward Robinho has confirmed to TV Globo that a transfer to his former club Santos remains a concrete option, while 21 year old forward Gianmario Comi, actually in co-ownership with Torino, could be loaned to Ternana.
Inter Milan are still dealing with their financial difficulties: president Moratti is tempted by the idea of selling the club to the Indonesian Tycoon Erick Thohir, but the nerazzurri’s number one requires some warranties, like the commitment to build a new stadium and to invest on the transfer market.
