AC Milan make contract offer to Arbeloa: details

Real Madrid have not extended Alvaro Arbeloa’s contract and the Spaniard is now free to join any other club for nothing. AC Milan are heavily linked with welcoming the player’s services and according to La Repubblica, the rossoneri have offered the 33-year-old defender a € 2 million, two-year-deal.

Arbeloa has plenty of international experience having won two Champions League with Real Madrid as well as two European Championships and one World Cup with Spain. He is a fullback and can play on the right as well as on the left hand side of the pitch.

He has played for Real Madrid, Liverpool and Deportivo La Coruna playing 356 matches throughout his career. Will AC Milan be his next stop?
