AC Milan: Lodi unlikely to join. Juventus: Lisandro Lopez always closer
As reported in the last days, AC Milan, as well as city rivals Inter, are keen on Catania 28 year old midfielder Francesco Lodi, but, interviewed by Sky Sport before the game won against AS Roma, the Sicilian club’s president Antonino Pulvirenti has declared that the former Empoli player will remain and that he has no intention to start a negotiation with the two Milanese clubs. Regarding the possible departures, both Genoa and Torino are keen on 22 year old midfielder Rodney Strasser.
Juventus keep on seeking a new striker, and, as reported last night, Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has declared to have refused a request made by the bianconeri for 29 year old Lisandro Lopez: such news item has been edited also by the French club’s official website, but, according to Tuttosport, the former FC Porto player is always closer to the Serie A defending champions. Another option for the Piedmontese club is 22 year old Ciro Immobile, actually in co-owneship with Genoa and playing for the Ligurian team: during the game against Parma, Juve’s General Manager Giuseppe Marotta has confirmed that his club counts on the Italy Under 21 international.
