    AC Milan legend Maldini: 'I haven't refused the club's offer yet'

    AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini has talked about the possibility to work for his former club as an executive: “They said that I asked for an important amount of money: I made no requests from that point of view.”

    “They said that I Imposed some conditions: I just said that if I will have to manage the technical area, I want to have the possibility to make some decisions”, the 48-year-old told Sky Sport 24. “And this doesn’t mean that I want to overtake Fassone’s position.”

    “They also said that I already given a negative answer: simply, at least for the moment I don’t agree with the position that they offered me”, he added. “I just want respect, and I think to deserve it. I am ready to say yes to a serious project, but I want to meet the new owners first. In any case, whatever I will do, I will do it for Milan’s good.”
