AC Milan: keen on Cerci. Juventus: Martial won't join
As reported earlier, despite the declaration released by their Chief Executive Adriano Galliani, AC Milan could still sign some new players in these last days of the Winter transfer window: the rossoneri new coach Clarence Seedorf, in fact, also wants to reinforce his team’s flanks with some skilled and fast wingers: according to Mediaset, the Lombard club is thinking about Parma 26 year old Jonathan Biabiany –previously tracked by Juventus and who seemed about to join Guangzhou Evergrande- while the new name is the one of Torino 26 year old Alessio Cerci: Milan seem ready to offer to the granata 10 million euros plus the loan of 22 year old attacking midfielder Riccardo Saponara, but, as highlighted by calciomercato.com, even if the rossoneri’s interest is concrete, it seems difficult for the Italy international to leave Turin before the end of the season. Moreover, the Lombard club have also made an attempt for 25 year old wingback Fabio Coentrao, but, as reported by the Corriere della Sera, the merengues have refused to loan the Portugal international to Milan, while, according to La Repubblica, the rossoneri are thinking about a swap with Napoli involving 31 year old center back Philippe Mexes and 27 year old Pablo Armero.
Also Serie A defending champions Juventus are seeking a winger, but are also thinking about some young talents for other positions, like Monaco 18 year old forward Anthony Martial: but the France Under 21 international has today extended his deal with the Monegasque club until June 2018.
