AC Milan: still doubts about Ibra's future. Juventus: first offer for Van Persie rejected
As reported by the Corriere dello Sport, Mino Raiola, agent of AC Milan ace Zlatan Ibrahimovic, has expressed again some doubts about his client's future. The Italian-born Dutch agent has in fact declared that he cannot assure that the player will remain at Milan, and that it all depends from them. Regarding the new signings, the same media substains that the rossoneri are thinking about Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso, while, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, in the hunt for Palermo center back Matias Silvestre, Inter Milan have still the lead, but Milan could overtake them if they will finally decide to sell Thiago Silva to PSG. But the real surprise for the rossoneri could be 32 year old goalkeeper Julio Cesar. If the Brazilian will terminate his contract with Inter, their city rivals will be ready to sign him.
Still seeking a striker, Juventus have offered 10 million euros to Arsenal to obtain 28 year old Robin Van Persie, but such amount, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, has been considered too low by The Gunners. In any case, even if the bianconeri will outbid and the English club will accept their new offer, it will remain the problem of the extremely high salary required by the Dutchman. So, in the mid time, Juve keep on working on the Italian market, and are still keen on 21 year old Mattia Destro, actually in co-ownership between Genoa and Siena, and Atalanta 20 year old Manolo Gabbiadini.
