AC Milan: chance for Cerci. Inter: Schelotto to England
AC Milan keep on seeking a new winger, and, as well known, their main target for such position is Torino 27-year-old Alessio Cerci: interviewed by Radio 24, the Piedmont’s club president Urbano Cairo has declared that he will be happy to keep the player if this latter will be motivated and convinced to stay, otherwhise he will consider the possibility to sell him; another option for the rossoneri is Arsenal 22-year-old Joel Campbell, and, as reported by the Corriere dello Sport, they will send their Sports Director Rocco Maiorino to London to observe the Costa Rica international: in any case, as explained by Sky Sport, the Lombard club could even decide to sign both these players, as their new coach Filippo Inzaghi wants two wingers and Jeremy Menez has suffered an injury; in the last days there have also been some rumors regarding Marseille 24-year-old André Ayew, but this latter is also tracked by Napoli; in any case, Milan –as reported by Le Parisien- have talked with the French club about 29-year-old goalkeeper Steve Mandanda, whose contract will expire in 2016 and is also tracked by Monaco and Southampton. As reported earlier today, The Saints are interested in Inter Milan 25-year-old wingback Ezequiel Matias Schelotto: as revealed by calciomercato.com, the Argentine-born Italian player is ready to accept a transfer to the English club, and could then ease the negotiation between the nerazzurri and the English club regarding 28-year-old striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.
