Perez will sell Kakà in June: Inter, Milan and Chelsea ready for him
Kaka's return to Italy is not impossible. The Brazilian ace will probably leave Real Madrid but not through his own choice. As learned by calciomercato.com, it is the "Galacticos" president, Florentino Perez, who would be disappointed with his performance.
THE BACKGROUND
The best way to explain the situation is to retrace his history at Madrid. The Brazilian arrived in the Spanish capital the night between 8 and 9 June 2009 for the remarkable figure of 67.2 million euro, of which 64.5 went to Milan and 2.7 to Sao Paulo. Kaka was greeted like a star by Real Madrid's fans who rushed to see him on June 30th of 2009 for his presentation at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium. They dreamt that with him and Cristiano Ronaldo, they would have won the Liga and the Champions League. But history, as we know, did not go exactly as hoped. Cristiano Ronaldo played a fabulous season, playing 35 games scoring 33 goals, and justified the € 94 million euro that Perez had spent on him. Kaka instead, thanks to the groin injury, played 33 games scoring 9 goals, remaining always in the shadow of the Portuguese. Florentino Perez began to have doubts. At the World Cup in South Africa he started to feel a knee pain and went to Antwerp to Dr. Marc Martens. Result: Kaka stopped for several months and returned on the field on the 3rd of January 2011.
TODAY
Recently Florentino Perez said: "With Mourinho Kaka will be reborn, as he did with Benzema. And this is another crucial clue. Publicly, the President of the Blancos continued, as it should be, to strongly defend the player, but Kaka must quickly return to what he once was, otherwise he would just be an economic burden for Real, because of his 9 million euro net salary. Kaka is not considered the champion he was at AC Milan, but an excellent player, affected by too many physical problems. And the fact that the Special One relegated him to the bench, is not news, but a logical choice, seen the fantastic performance of Ozil. So, either Kaka is back in form soon or Florentino Perez could transfer him at the end of the season. Chelsea might be interested in a swap with Drogba, but Kaka could also go to Inter or Milan.
