Juve: Giovinco to Greece? Milan: keen on Lucas Silva

Another rival for the bianconeri in the Champions League group stage is in competition with them also on the transfer market: still according to Tuttosport, in fact, Atletico Madrid have joined the Piedmont's club in the hunt for Bayern Munich 22-year-old winger Xherdan Shaqiri, even if both clubs wouldn't be able to use the Switzerland international in the current edition of the Champions League itself. Moreover, both Juve and the Colchoneros are keen on Manchester City 26-year-old Juan Mata, valued about 30 million euros by the Premier League defending champions. AC Milan scouts keep on observing some South American talents, and, as reported by the same Piedmont's media, are trying to overtake Chelsea and Real Madrid in the hunt for Cruzeiro 21-year-old midfielder Lucas Silva: the Brazil international is evaluated about 8 million euros by his current club, but this latter would like to start an auction, so the rossoneri will try to sign the young player during the next transfer window. Meanwhile, interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, 27-year-old right back Ignazio Abate has declared that the Lombard club remains his priority and will wait for it as long as possible, while 22-year-old Mattia De Sciglio has told the Corriere della Sera that he has never thought about leaving Milan.
