Man United, Chelsea and Inter target Radja Nainggolan set to stay at Roma
The 29-year-old powerhouse has been on Man United manager Jose Mourinho’s radar, as well as whole host of other elite clubs, including that of Chelsea and Inter Milan, but now it looks as if the Belgium international is set to be staying in the Italian capital.
Roma’s new sporting director Monchi was asked about the midfielder’s future at a press conference, where the side were unveiling new signing Maxime Gonalons, and the Spaniard said: ““Yes (he will stay). I think we’ve seen the last of the big departures from our club.
“Now it’s time to build a team, which will be supplemented with potential purchases in the transfer market.”
The midfielder joined the Serie A club from domestic rivals Cagliari in 2014 and has helped them have a resurgence of form, finishing in second place twice in the Italian league.
