Confirmed: Man United agree fee with Everton for Lukaku

Manchester United’s official Twitter account has confirmed that a deal has been met with rival Premier League club Everton for the services of 24-year-old forward Romelu Lukaku.

This comes after Friday’s endless speculation, where it seemed that league champions Chelsea had hijacked the move from the North West side.

The fee is thought to be around the £75m mark, with add-ons that would bring the total up to about £100m.
