Breaking: former Spurs target set for Inter medical
Inter have decided to activate the player’s € 24 million release clause although they have agreed to pay the player’s transfer fee in two instalments.
The player has also agreed personal terms with the nerazzurri.
The former Empoli star is going to earn € 2.5 million-a-year for the next four years.
There are still a few details to be adjusted but the two parties have basically reached an agreement for the transfer of the 25-year-old.
Vecino is set to become Inter’s third summer signing after the likes of Milan Skriniar and Borja Valero. The Uruguay International will sign his contract with the Serie A giants as soon as Walter Sabatini and Piero Ausilio make return from China where are currently meeting representatives of Jiangsu Suning.
The player, however, could have his medical tomorrow and can be considered a new Inter player.
