Transfer news: Raiola offers Man U and Barca target to Napoli

According to what has been reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport today, Mino Raiola has offered PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano to Napoli and their sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.

Lozano, who has been a target of Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Arsenal and Juventus, amongst other top European clubs, now appears to be destined for Naples; with the Neapolitan side reportedly very interested in taking up Raiola's offer.

PSV will ask for €35m for Lozano; yet are not prepared to part way with the energetic Meican winger until the summer at the very earliest. This will come as a big blow to the other interested clubs, with Napoli never considered amongst the true frontrunners until very recently.
