Real Madrid in talks for Hazard and Courtois, €40m deal is almost done
As per the information gathered by Marca, Thibaut Courtois will be the next signing at Real Madrid if things does not go wrong. Real Madrid has three goalkeepers in Keylor Navas, Kiko Casilla and Lunin, they have decided to sign Thibaut Courtois from the English Premier League.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Chelsea and Real Madrid have alraedy agreed Courtois' price-tag and the deal is close to being finalized.
This is because Real Madrid can sign Thibaut Courtois for 40 million euros and also he has had an excellent FIFA 2018 World Cup with Belgium where he was the best goalkeeper of the tournament. This radically changed Real Madrid’s outlook.
Real Madrid are also in the market to find a replacement for Cristinao Ronaldo. The Portuguese professional player left Real Madrid and travelled to Italy to sign for Juventus. Chelsea star Eden Hazard is identified as a target for Real Madrid but the Blues won't sell the Belgian winger for less than €220m, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. As of now, only Thibaut Courtois is close to joining Real Madrid.
