Liverpool line up big January move for Napoli star
The Italian is one of those players who has been admired by Jurgen Klopp, who has tried signing him once in the past for the Reds. The winger has appeared 15 times in the Serie A for the club, scoring seven times and assisting five times for the partenopei.
The Daily Mirror state that Liverpool are prepared to make an offer in January for Insigne, as they see him as more of a reliable target than Ousmane Dembele.
The 27-year-old has a contract at Napoli which lasts till the summer of 2022 and makes him earn about 4.5 million euros per season plus bonuses. While Aurelio de Laurentiis has never made the player's price, But Liverpool will be prepared to spend big on Insigne.
The left winger scored Napoli's winner in their 1-0 win over Liverpool earlier this season in the UEFA Champions League clash at the Stadio San Paolo.
