Leipzig serious in pursuit of Calhanoglu; AC Milan to evaluate offers
In fact, as reported by MilanNews.it, AC Milan will evaluate any offer that arrives. It is believed that an offer from Leipzig could be worth around €20m, which would be a +-0 result for the Rossoneri as they paid the same amount in 2017.
The former Leverkusen man hasn't lived up to expectations this season, and after 15 appearances in Serie A, he is yet to get himself on the scoresheet. However, Leipzig would like to make an attempt during the winter market, with the sporting director of the German team, Ralf Rangnick, intending to bring Calhanoglu back to the Bundesliga.
Given that Milan plan to sign a few players as well, €20m could be useful this January, although it remains to be seen if they want to let go of Calhanoglu.
