Chelsea striker Morata would join AC Milan ‘in a heartbeat’
Alvaro Morata is getting more and more frustrated about his situation at Chelsea, as manager Sarri has opted for Giroud up front rather than the Spaniard. In short, his adventure in England continues to be a disaster and there are reports of a possible AC Milan return.
Morata has let his entourage that he would return to Italy in a heartbeat, wanting a new opportunity as fast as possible in order to leave Chelsea. Furthermore, he would say 'yes' to AC Milan's new project with an extraordinary enthusiasm.
However, as learned by Calciomercato.com, Alvaro has already been told that Milan wouldn't be willing to invest in him in January, due to the issues with FFP (Fifa Financial Fair Play). Moreover, the club wants to focus on Cutrone, as well as Higuain who could be redeemed at the end of the season. Even though both parties could enjoy a deal in theory, it won't happen.
