    Juventus are seeking a defender and, as reported yesterday, they are in competition with Napoli for one of their main targets for such position, Torino 25 year old Angelo Ogbonna; according to the latest rumours, despite the azzurri’s attempt, the Italy international should join in any case the Serie A defending champions next Monday, even if the granata Sports Director Gianluca Petrachi has told gazzetta.it that, before the transfer becomes official, other clubs might make an attempt for their player. As anticipated, the main alternative to Ogbonna is Inter Milan 25 year old Andrea Ranocchia, but, according to the Daily Star, also Manchester United are keen on the former Bari player. The bianconeri, as well known, despite the arrival of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente and the declarations released by Fiorentina Sports Director Daniele Pradé, keep on tracking the Tuscan team 23 year old forward Stevan Jovetic, but, according to the Daily Star, also Arsenal and Chelsea are keen on the Montenegro international; still regarding the offensive line, Sampdoria Sports Director Carlo Osti has told Sky that, to yield them 21 year old Manolo Gabbiadini, the Piedmontese club requires 22 year old Simone Zaza plus 6,5 million euros.

    Also AC Milan are in competiton with Napoli on the transfer market: the azzurri seem to have overtaken the Lombard club in the hunt for Cagliari 26 year old defender Davide Astori, while, on the contrary, interviewed by Radio Crc, 29 year old striker Giampaolo Pazzini has denied the possibility to move to Naples. The rossoneri are also seeking a midfielder, and, as reported by Sportmediaset, have met today Hellas Verona Sports Director Sean Sogliano to talk about 21 year old Jorge Luiz Frello aka Jorginho
