Zenit have agreement with Roma for midfielder, but he only wants Juve
In Rome there an agreement between Zenit St. Petersburg and Roma for the transfer of Kostas Manolas and Leandro Paredes, but the Argentine ex-Boca Juniors player is dragging his feet. According to Republicca.it, the midfield ace is not be convinced of the Russian destination. After coming close on two occasions to a transfer to Juventus last summer and in January, Paredes would have mandated his agent to investigate the possibility of a Bianconeri move, leaving for the moment the option represented by Roberto Mancini’s club.
In the meantime, Monchi hopes that the deal can go through. The Spanish director wants to bring the Nice player Jean Seri to Rome, and considers him the right man to overtake the legacy of Daniele De Rossi. Pablo Sabbag, agent of Paredes, is doing everything to try and bring player to Turin. Roberto Mancini's work may, however, prove to be decisive in convincing the Argentine midfielder of a move to Russia instead.
