Where will Kamil Glik play next season?
The Polish international, whose Poland side will shortly kick off against Germany in their Group C Euro 2016 clash, has been the object of a lot of transfer speculation, with Zenit, Besiktas and Wolfsburg among the interested parties.
Glik himself has recently revealed, however, that he'd like to play at a higher level:
“I'm very happy in Turin, but I also think of the great challenges in football. I'd like to play at the elite level, in European competitions, and fight for silverware. I think that's a legitimate ambition”.
So what does he plan to do?
“I speak to my agent every day, if the right offer arrives I'll speak to president Cairo about it, we're on excellent terms. I'll make my final decision once the Euros are over and I've met with Torino”.
Torino's plan coincides well with Glik's ambitions: Cairo wants to wait for the Euros to boost his player's market value before making a decision.
