N'Zonzi declares; "I only want Juventus"
Juventus continue to push for French midfielder Steven N’Zonzi. The Bianconeri look to be closing in on a deal for the 28-year-old and Corriere dello Sport writes that the player himself has told his current employer exactly what he wants. Sevilla sporting director Oscar Arias has dropped proposals from other clubs with the player’s father, who is also his agent telling him that; “He only wants Juventus”.
N’Zonzi is ready to sign a four-year deal in Turin worth €5M-a-season plus bonus and now it’s just up to Juventus to reach an agreement with the Spanish club. The Bianconeri have reportedly offered €30M for the player with Sevilla understood to be holding out for €40M. It’s expected that the two sides will meet somewhere in the middle and the business can be concluded.
Sevilla are already looking for alternatives with Dani Parejo of Valencia and Roque Mesa of Las Palmas linked with a move to Andalusia.
