Milan sale, Fininvest deny; "No negotiations with Fosun Group"
Late last night news broke that a new group was interested in acquiring Milan. The Fosun Group led by super-agent Jorge Mendes, was believed to be interested in taking control of the club. This morning however, omes the response from Berlusconi's own company Fininvest, denying any negotiations have taken place. A statement read; "In view of press reports Fininvest wants to assure everyone that it has received no formal proposal from the Fosun Group for Milan". Meanwhile, negotiations continue with the group represented by Galatioto.
