Juve sign Buffon’s new backup from right under Roma’s nose
The Bianconeri will sell Neto at the end of the season as the former Fiorentina shot-stopper is eager to have more playing time and Alisson will replace him as Gianluigi Buffon’s backup at the Stadium.
According to the Italia paper, the Old Lady signed the Brazilian-born goalkeeper with a German passport, despite Roma’s Sporting Director Walter Sabatini have found an agreement with the Brazilian club before Juve did.
Making the most of the good relationship with Doyen Sports, Juventus signed Alisson for € 7 million, with the goalkeeper who is ready to pen to paper on a 5 year contract.
It has still not being disclosed whether Alisson will join his new club in January or only from the next season.
