Juve ready to pounce on Paredes
It seems Roma are prepared to part with Argentine midfielder Leandro Paredes and Juventus are ready to make an offer the youngster. The 22-year-old’s sale is too good to refuse for the giallorossi, who have to abide by the financial fair-play sanctions imposed upon them by UEFA.
JUVE LIES IN WAIT
Milan have already shown interest in the player who spent last season on-loan at Empoli, but the reply from the capital has always been the same, “no”. Now the rossoneri have turned their attentions to Rodrigo Bentancur and the path is clear should Juventus wish to use it. As calciomercato.com reported recently, there is even an agreement between the bianconeri and Empoli to loan Paredes back to them after purchasing him from the giallorossi for around €17-18 million. The player has already rejected a move to Zenit St Petersburg and recent rumours linking him to Leicester City have been dismissed.
