Inter set to propose swap deal to Boca for Arsenal target
Palacio’s agreement with his current club Inter is due to expire at the end of June 2016 and the Nerazzurri are tempted to offer Boca Juniors a swap deal involving the former Genoa and the Argentinean’s striker Jonathan Calleri.
Carlos Tevez’s attacking partner at La Bombonera has plundered 20 in 50 games last season. He can both play as sole striker as well as supporting forward, just the perfect profile for Roberto Mancini’s needs at San Siro.
The 22 year old joined Boca Juniors from All Boys in 2014. Inter are not the only club to have pounced on the player, as both Arsenal and Brighton are reported to be interested in the forward. According to Olè, the Seagulls are ready to pay € 9 million for the 22 year old services.
Despite having already filled their quota of three non-EU players for this season, Inter can still sign Calleri in the next transfer window as the player holds Italian-Argentine dual citizenship.
