EXCLUSIVE Romano: all on Juve's transfer market strategy
The idea is clear: instead of spending €13 million for somebody who is not indispensable, as it happened last summer with Hernanes, it’s much better to invest in many youngsters, taking advantage of the good relations with some clubs: this way, the bianconeri will avoid their rivals’ competition, while keeping the chance to let the players grow up: later, they can use them for swaps, as it happened for Goldaniga, or to earn some money; or, as they hope for Mandragora, Sensi and Rogerio, they will be useful for the first team.
Of course, things will be different during the next transfer window: next summer, there will be a complete restyling: a new midfielder, hopefully Gundogan, and a defender. Then, Berardi, for whom a full evaluation is needed, and a decision about Morata.
