Exclusive: transfer blow for West Ham as Southampton close deal for Juventus midfielder

Juventus defender Mario Lemina is set to join Premier League side Southampton, with a price tag agreed for around £18m-£20m, and an agreement between the player and the club almost agreed.

In an CalcioMercato exclusive, our Juventus correspondent, Fabrizio Romano can reveal that a medical will happen on Monday.

It would be a great addition for Southampton who are looking to build on their season last campaign.
