Arsenal to offer €12m for Borussia wantaway Subotic
After the Borussia Dortmund defender announced on his instagram page that he wanted to make the most of his best years and play regularly, a number of clubs have come forward to try to lure him.
Arsenal look to be doing well for themselves, offering Bundesliga €12 million for the former Champions League finalist.
