AC Milan target Fabregas doesn’t want Chelsea January exit
The former Barcelona midfielder is said to be close to leaving Chelsea in the winter transfer window as he’s not justifying his £ 160.000-a-week salary. Fabregas registered his last appearance with the club on the 24th of September when Chelsea were trashed 3-0 in an away Premier League game against Arsenal.
The Spaniard, however, remains on very good terms with Antonio Conte and the rest of Chelsea technical staff who are left impressed by the player’s professionalism. That’s why, according to the Sun, the 29-year-old doesn’t want to leave the Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window.
Fabreas reportedly wants to stay at the club and fight for a spot in Chelsea’s starting XI. Despite that, AC Milan could still make an attempt to sign him on loan in the January window.
Fabregas has two goals and as much assists in six games in all competitions this term.
